Business Development Opportunities
Light Industrial
Marshall Township has an available parcel of land approximately 774 acres that is zoned for light industrial use with access to two major interstate highways I-69 and I-94. It is also served by railroad. It is one of the largest pieces of vacant light industrially zoned land between Detroit and Chicago located near major interstates. The land is owned by Gerholz Development. For information, contact the Marshall Township office.
