Marshall Township has an available parcel of land approximately 774 acresthat is zoned for light industrial use with access to two major interstate highways I-69 and I-94. It is also served by railroad. It is one of the largest pieces of vacant light industrially zoned land between Detroit and Chicago located near major interstates.
